Customer Operations Associate

This is a unique operations and customer success hybrid role where you will be on the ground floor of an innovative technology start-up, one where your contribution will be much more than just answering phones or emails. This role is responsible for leading the charge in driving customer success by solving issues, answering questions or understanding the concerns of TruckIT’s partners while using our technology.

This role is in a high visibility, high urgency “Tech Start-Up” environment, that allows for you to continually grow with the company. TruckIT is undergoing massive expansion in the coming months and, as such, this role will be positioned for upward mobility.

You will garner the knowledge and skills necessary to advance sales and engage customers. Additionally, you will learn company best practices including an understanding of our proprietary technology.
