Customer Operations Associate

This is a unique operations and customer success hybrid role where you will be on the ground floor of an innovative technology start-up, one where your contribution will be much more than just answering phones or emails. This role is responsible for leading the charge in driving customer success by solving issues, answering questions or understanding the concerns of TruckIT’s partners while using our technology.

This role is in a high visibility, high urgency “Tech Start-Up” environment, that allows for you to continually grow with the company. TruckIT is undergoing massive expansion in the coming months and, as such, this role will be positioned for upward mobility.

You will garner the knowledge and skills necessary to advance sales and engage customers. Additionally, you will learn company best practices including an understanding of our proprietary technology.

Outside Sales Executive - Southeast Region

This opportunity is ideal for those who are true problem solvers, champions of customer success with a desire to be highly skilled at consultative sales in a best in class organization. As a Sale Representative, you will be reporting to our partner directly with our customers and providers to drive sales revenue throughout the Southeast.

This Sales Representative will garner and possess the knowledge and skills necessary to advance and close deals. They will learn company best practices throughout the organization including an understanding of our proprietary Technology, Services and Product Development divisions.
